Wix Pay Pro – Terms & Conditions
1. Parties
This Integration Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Wix Pay Pro by Webscnd Solutions ("Wix Pay Pro", "we", "our", "us") and the entity or individual accepting these terms ("Client", "you", "your").
2. Definitions
Term | Meaning |
Plugin | Proprietary middleware developed by Wix Pay Pro that connects the Wix platform to a third‑party payment gateway. |
Ready‑Made Plugin | A Plugin already available in Wix Pay Pro’s catalogue. |
Custom Plugin | A Plugin developed on request for a gateway not yet supported. |
Lifetime Plan | One‑off licence fee for perpetual access to a Ready‑Made Plugin. |
Monthly Plan | Recurring monthly subscription for access to a Ready‑Made Plugin. |
Free Trial | Seven (7)‑day no‑charge access to a Ready‑Made Plugin. |
Money‑Back Guarantee | Fourteen (14)‑day refund window following delivery of a Custom Plugin. |
Maintenance | Bug fixes and updates required to keep the Plugin operable with the same Wix and gateway functionality it had at the time of delivery. |
Supported Issue | A reproducible malfunction attributable to the Plugin’s code, not to Wix, the gateway, user error, or altered code. |
3. Scope of Service
Licence, Not Sale. Client licenses access to the Plugin; source code and all IP remain Wix Pay Pro’s exclusive property.
Delivery Models.
Ready‑Made Plugins — Lifetime Plan, Monthly Plan, or Free Trial (auto‑revokes after 7 days if unpaid).
Custom Plugins — One‑time fee, delivered and installed by Wix Pay Pro, covered by the Money‑Back Guarantee.
Installation Options. Self‑service (where available) or managed/assisted installation requiring temporary access to the Client’s Wix site and sandbox/live production gateway credentials.
Maintenance Commitment. Wix Pay Pro operates on a report‑and‑fix basis (Schedule A). We commit to correcting Supported Issues but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or proactive monitoring.
API & Documentation Changes. If Wix or the payment gateway deprecates or changes an API, Wix Pay Pro will update the Plugin so that it retains its original usability and feature set. Such work is deemed Maintenance, not an "upgrade," unless the external provider mandates adoption of a materially different API version (e.g., previous version sunset).
4. Client & Customer Obligations
Provide accurate credentials, sandbox keys, and – if requested – temporary access or user seats.
Avoid modifying Plugin code without written consent.
Promptly report issues with clear replication steps.
Maintain valid payment methods; failed Monthly Plan payments trigger suspension after a 3‑day grace period.
5. Pricing & Payment

Refund Processing Fees: Any refunds, whether discretionary or under the Money‑Back Guarantee, will be net of non‑reversible charges (e.g., payment‑gateway refund fees levied by Stripe). Client agrees to bear such fees.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. Overdue invoices accrue 1 % monthly interest.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, and trade secrets embodied in each Plugin remain Wix Pay Pro property. Client receives a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence for use on the Wix site(s) specified in the order.
8. Confidentiality & Data Security
Credentials are used solely for integration and testing.
Storage is encrypted via industry standards.
Client may revoke access after acceptance testing.
Client is responsible for rotating keys once shared.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Warranties of Uptime or Fitness. Plugin performance depends on third‑party systems (Wix & the payment gateway). We disclaim all implied warranties.
Zero Liability for Damages. Under no circumstances will Wix Pay Pro be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages of any kind, including—but not limited to—loss of profits, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Exclusive Remedy = Refund (at Our Sole Discretion). Client’s sole remedy is a refund of fees already paid only if Wix Pay Pro, at its absolute discretion, agrees a refund is warranted. Any such refund will be processed net of non‑refundable payment‑processor charges (see §5).
Force Majeure. We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
10. API Key Responsibility Disclaimer
Clients and Customers may be required to share sandbox and/or production API keys with Wix Pay Pro to enable integration setup and testing. While we commit to using such keys solely for integration purposes, we make no guarantees regarding the security, confidentiality, or unauthorized use of API keys once shared.
Clients and Customers remain fully responsible for the management, rotation, and revocation of their API keys. By sharing API keys, clients and customers acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that Wix Pay Pro shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or misuse—whether directly or indirectly related to shared credentials.
11. Term & Termination
Lifetime Plans – perpetual unless terminated for breach.
Monthly Plans – renew month‑to‑month until cancelled.
Custom Plugins – perpetual post‑delivery unless refunded.
Wix Pay Pro may terminate for material breach with 14‑day cure notice; access ceases on termination.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
13. Amendment
Wix Pay Pro may revise these terms with 14 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Outages or API changes on Wix or the gateway (we will advise; fix provided only to restore original functionality — see §3.5)
